Abundance Door Wash Ritual
Use this Door Wash Ritual on the first Friday of each month to attract divinely served abundance right to your door!

There are many ways to use your reiki and witchery to help influence the type of vibration you wish to live within. In this blogs recipe for a magically inspired life, we will work with the energy of abundance. Let's amplify the ask by committing to a monthly ritual using a simple, but powerful, door wash recipe that is programed for divine abundance:
Here is your recipe and tools:
- A bucket of warm water - about 2 L is great
- Organic Herb Satchel or Organza Bag
- Peppermint leaves and Basil leaves - 2 tsp dried or 1 sprig fresh of each
- Few drops castile soap ( peppermint, lavender, or non-scented)
- Wash rag
- Bonus - ready to work Citrine Crystal, reiki symbols like CKR, SHK, HSZSN, Harth, Ren So Mei, second bucket of clean water to rinse rag between washings
A Technique to try and build upon:
- Begin by completing a clearing and grounding exercise on yourself. A self reiki session, guided meditation, or other ritual you love will be perfect!
- Start your abundance door wash ritual by setting an intention of attracting divinely served abundance to your home.
- Combine the hot water, herbal satchel, soap and optional items - stirring mixture clockwise
- As you stir, softly ask the ingredients to create a symbiotic relationship that supports abundance divinely assigned for you - continue thinking about your intention, adding in how you will feel living an abundant life - free, joyful, happy, at peace, something else?
- Let door wash steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Wash both sides of your front entry doorway twice with your door wash and rag- first to cleanse the past, second to infuse the intention deeply
- Bonus - use any left over door wash on your entryway steps, or indoor floor and walls.
- Close this ritual down with any reiki, spell or pray that feel right for you. Imagine sending out your energetic broadcast from the heart centre surrendering the outcome to the divine to sort out for you.
- Give thanks for the many blessings you have in your life already. So it is, and so it shall be.
- Discard dirty water down the drain, or into the earth with the strong intentions of cleansing, healing and purification. You can discard the herbs into your composting/garbage bin, bury them in good earth or drop them into flowing water - like a river. Cleanse any crystals used as you normally would, and put them rest over the door frame, or somewhere within the entry way itself if guided.
Use this ritual as a foundation to get you started. Though you can add and take away ingredients to make this recipe truly your own, be mindful that peppermint and basil together create a synergy of protected abundance that flows through divine channels with ease, grace and flow. They work so well together and leave your entryway smelling fresh and bright at the same time. Win win!
Use with care, positivity and with a kind heart.
